Keep 2 Hands on the Bat... Really?

I remember always being told to keep my head in, keep my eye on the ball, and keep both hands on the bat. Now I'm not so sure that all 3 of those things are possible at the same time. I'm pretty sure that this video is going to ruffle some feathers, so go ahead and leave your comments down below, we'd love to read them.
